Return Policy


If the item you purchased is defective, you may return or exchange your purchased item to Electronama.


Returns will not be accepted unless they are approved and you obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number from our customer service department. Contact our customer service department at

Do not Ship products to us without an RMA Number, they will not be accepted.

Items approved for Return

In addition to your RMA Number, you must return the purchased product in its original packaging with all the original materials. Items must not be scratched, damaged, altered or show and wear or tear including blemishes. Items will not be accepted for exchange if received one week after the RMA number was issued. Items are not accepted for a return after 30 days from the date of invoice. Items will be exchanged for the same price as priced at the time of return.

Shipping Damages
You are responsible for accepting products from the shipping company. If you notice damages to the package you should refuse.
Defective Equipment Exchanges

It is rare that items are defective, but in the event you do receive a defective product contact us immediately at or call 1 (866) 349-1826. Our technical support department will troubleshoot the problem with you. If the item is deemed defective, we will issue return label at no cost. Once the item is received, we will test it and send you a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

The process for returning items for Exchange or Refund is simple:
1) Contact the Customer Service department at or by calling 1(866) 349-1826 in order to obtain an RMA number.
2) Be sure to place item(s) in adequate packaging to ensure it is not damaged during shipping.
3) Include the Return Merchandise Authorization From with your returned item.
4) Once we receive your item we will contact you by email.

Avoid Restocking Fee
Electronama reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to impose a 15% restocking fee that may be charged for all returns.
It is your responsibility to ensure that items includes all accessories, pieces, manuals, manufacturer’s literature, warranty cards and information as well as the its original packaging is received in “As-New Condition”. As-New Condition means the items and any and all accessories, pieces, manuals, manufacturer’s literature, warranty cards and information and original packaging are not scratched, cosmetically altered, no physical wear or tear, no elements of dirt and stains and products must not be missing any items whatsoever.

Shipping Your Return or Exchange
You, as the Customer, are responsible for paying for return postage costs when shipping an item for an exchange or return. Returned items should be shipped in a box or packaging to ensure the item and its original packaging is not damaged. Items received without adequate packaging and are damaged shall not qualify for a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Electronama reserves the right to accept any and all returns at its sole discretion. If you are found to return items more than three (3) times in a calendar year, your returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to additional shipping and handling fees.
